Rules Governing Your Use of the Platform

1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern the entire relationship between you (hereinafter "the Player", "you", or "your") and bgt22 (hereinafter "bgt22", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") with respect to your access to and use of the website located at https://bgt22.com and all associated services, games, betting products, promotions, and support channels operated under the bgt22 brand.

By accessing the bgt22 platform — whether by browsing the website, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, or using any other feature of the service — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

These Terms are supplemented by the following related policies, each of which is incorporated by reference and forms an integral part of your agreement with bgt22:

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary document, these Terms shall take precedence unless the supplementary document explicitly states otherwise.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of bgt22's services is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You warrant and represent that you satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on each occasion that you access the platform:

1. Age: You are at least 18 years of age. bgt22 enforces a strict minimum age of 18 years. Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited on this platform.
2. Legal capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. You are not subject to any legal restriction, court order, or guardianship arrangement that would prevent you from lawfully using gambling services.
3. Jurisdiction: You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legal status of online gambling in your location before registering an account.
4. Single account: You do not already hold an active or suspended bgt22 account. Operating multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balances held.
5. Not self-excluded: You have not applied any self-exclusion restriction to your bgt22 account, and you are not subject to any third-party self-exclusion scheme that covers this platform.
6. Own funds: All funds deposited to your bgt22 account are your own and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity including but not limited to fraud, theft, or money laundering.

bgt22 does not knowingly accept registrations from persons who are ineligible under this section. If you become aware of any underage gambling activity on this platform, please report it immediately to [email protected].

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of bgt22 services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must register a personal player account. The following rules apply to all bgt22 accounts:

3.1 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds. You must update your account details promptly if any information changes after registration.

3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one bgt22 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited. bgt22 uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts and will close all accounts belonging to the same individual, retaining any balances pending investigation.

3.3 KYC Verification. bgt22 is required to verify the identity, age, and payment method of all players prior to processing withdrawals or where otherwise required. KYC verification may require you to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued national identity card, passport, or driver's licence; a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address (dated within 90 days); and proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds. Failure to provide KYC documents within the requested timeframe may result in your withdrawal being held until verification is complete.

3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bgt22 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bgt22 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify bgt22 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

3.5 Two-Factor Authentication. bgt22 offers SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional layer of account security. We strongly recommend that all players enable 2FA. bgt22 will never ask you to provide your OTP code via email, chat, or any channel other than the official bgt22 login page.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

bgt22 supports a range of Bangladesh-friendly payment methods designed to make depositing and withdrawing funds as fast and straightforward as possible for players across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals on bgt22: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, and Sonali Bank transfer. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change. The current list of active payment methods is displayed at the time of deposit or withdrawal.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed within your account settings and may vary depending on the payment method selected and your account verification status. Fully verified accounts benefit from higher transaction limits.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your bgt22 account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two hours to reflect depending on the sending bank's processing times. bgt22 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and dispatched by bgt22's payments team within the timeframes described below, subject to your account being fully KYC-verified and no active security review being in progress:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: dispatched within 30 minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6), and within four hours outside of peak hours.
• Visa and Mastercard: dispatched within 1–3 business days, subject to card issuer processing times.
• Bank transfers: dispatched within one business day; credit to your bank account may take an additional 1–2 business days depending on your bank.

4.5 Withdrawal to Same Source. bgt22 applies an anti-money-laundering requirement that the primary withdrawal method must match the payment method used to make the most recent deposit. For example, if your last deposit was made via bKash, your first withdrawal must be directed to a bKash account registered in your name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

4.6 Currency. All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on bgt22 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to BDT at the exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction. bgt22 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bgt22 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer at the time it is made available. The general rules set out in this section apply to all bgt22 promotions unless the specific bonus terms explicitly state otherwise.

5.1 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier (for example, 20x or 30x the bonus amount) will be clearly stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds that have not been wagered to the required level within the validity period will expire and be removed from your account without notice.

5.2 Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100% of each bet toward wagering requirements, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). The contribution rates applicable to each game category will be stated in the individual bonus terms.

5.3 One Bonus at a Time. Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Attempting to claim a second bonus while one is already active will result in the second claim being declined. Players wishing to forfeit an active bonus in order to claim a new one must contact [email protected] before claiming the new promotion.

5.4 Abuse Prevention. bgt22 reserves the right to void any bonus and close an account if it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing low-risk or opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a wagering-requirement outcome; using bonus funds on games with strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements; or exploiting any error, bug, or misconfiguration that results in an unintended bonus award.

5.5 Promotional Changes. bgt22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Modifications will not affect bonuses already accepted and active in a player's account at the time of the change.

5.6 Seasonal Promotions. bgt22 regularly runs enhanced promotions during BPL season, IPL season, T20 World Cup events, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other seasonal occasions. Participation in these campaigns is subject to the specific terms published at launch.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

bgt22 offers sports betting (with a particular focus on cricket, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), live casino games (including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, teen patti, and andar bahar), slot titles, and crash games. The following general rules apply across all product verticals.

6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by bgt22. bgt22 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion, including bets placed at odds that were published in error, bets that exceed maximum stake limits, or bets placed by accounts under review. A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake amount has been deducted from your account balance.

6.2 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or human error that results in incorrect odds, incorrect game outcomes, or any other unintended result, bgt22 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the original account balance. bgt22 is not liable for any consequential loss arising from such errors.

6.3 Cricket Betting Rules. For in-play cricket bets, the market will be settled based on the official result published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or equivalent). In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced in overs due to weather or other external factors, or suspended without a result, bgt22's specific cricket market rules will apply, and affected bets may be voided and stakes returned. 6.4 Live Casino Rules. Live casino games are governed by the rules of the individual game as implemented by the respective provider (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, or equivalent). In the event of a live stream disconnection during an active game round, the round will be settled based on the recorded outcome at the provider's server. bgt22 accepts no liability for connection failures on the player's end.

6.5 Maximum Winnings. bgt22 applies maximum single-session and single-bet payout limits across all product categories. These limits are published within the relevant game or betting market interface. Any winnings that exceed the applicable payout cap will be capped at that maximum amount regardless of the theoretical game outcome.

7 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using bgt22, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account; providing false identity documents during KYC; or obtaining funds from bgt22 through any form of deception.
• Money laundering: Using bgt22 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of any criminal activity. bgt22 is required to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Collaborating with other players, dealers, or bgt22 staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Cheating and hacking: Using software tools, bots, scrapers, automated betting systems, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage or to disrupt the normal operation of the platform.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in relation to a legitimate bgt22 deposit. Any account associated with a fraudulent chargeback will be permanently closed and the chargeback amount will be pursued for recovery.
• Offensive conduct: Using abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive language toward bgt22 staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Account sharing: Allowing any other person to access or use your bgt22 account, including for the purpose of placing bets or making withdrawals on your behalf.

bgt22 reserves the right to investigate any account that it reasonably suspects of engaging in prohibited conduct. During an investigation, the account and any associated balances may be suspended. bgt22 will act fairly and proportionately in all such investigations and will communicate the outcome to the player via email.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player. You may request to close your bgt22 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, bgt22 will process any pending withdrawals of your verified balance before closing the account. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

8.2 Self-Exclusion. If you wish to take a break from gambling, you may request a temporary self-exclusion of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon confirmation by our support team. During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. 8.3 Closure by bgt22. bgt22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, including where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player is found to be ineligible (underage, self-excluded, or accessing from a prohibited jurisdiction).
• The account is suspected of being involved in fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity.
• The player has provided false registration or KYC information.
• bgt22 is required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory direction.

8.4 Dormant Accounts. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. bgt22 will attempt to notify the account holder via their registered email address before applying dormancy procedures. A dormant account may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of ৳200 per month, applied to the account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account by logging in and completing any required reverification.

9 Liability & Disclaimer

9.1 Platform Availability. bgt22 aims to maintain a 99.9% uptime service level; however, the platform is provided on an "as available" basis. bgt22 does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable. bgt22 is not liable for any loss arising from planned or unplanned platform downtime.

9.2 Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bgt22's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 No Warranty on Winnings. bgt22 makes no warranty or representation that the use of the platform will result in any financial gain. Gambling involves risk, and the majority of players lose money over the long term. Past results are not indicative of future performance.

9.4 Third-Party Content. The platform incorporates games and live casino content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. While bgt22 only partners with certified, reputable providers, it accepts no liability for technical faults originating within third-party game software.

9.5 Internet and Device Risk. You acknowledge that online gambling involves inherent risks associated with internet connectivity, device performance, and power supply. bgt22 is not liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from a disconnection, device failure, or power outage during an active betting or gaming session.

10 Amendments to These Terms

bgt22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Amendments may be made in response to changes in applicable law, regulatory guidance, platform features, payment methods, or business requirements.

When material changes are made to these Terms, bgt22 will notify registered players via email to the address on file at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. For minor, non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause), no advance notice is required and the updated Terms will take effect upon publication.

The effective date at the top of this document will be updated each time a new version of the Terms is published. Your continued use of the bgt22 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.1.
